When you authenticate, a new window will open directly from the social platform, securely passing your information to the platform for verification.
- Our authentication process does not store your username or password when you login
- We only store an encrypted token, which is unique to your authentication and cannot be used in any other context or accessed by any other application.
When you authenticate onto Captiv8 you have the ability to turn on your first party data for either all organizations or selected organizations that you must approve. See help center article here on how to update these settings.
It's important to note that you also have the ability to remove your authentication from the platform at any point in time!
