Definition:
To successfully authenticate your Instagram Business or Creator account with Captiv8, you must enable specific Facebook permissions. These permissions allow Captiv8 to pull audience insights, content data, and performance metrics needed for campaigns and reporting.
Why This Matters:
If any of these settings are toggled off, Captiv8 will not be able to access your social account data. This may result in incomplete campaign reporting or failed authentication.
Steps to Check or Update Your Permissions:
-
Log in to your Facebook account.
-
Click the dropdown arrow in the top-right corner.
-
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
-
In the left-hand menu, click Business Integrations.
-
Find Captiv8 in the list and click View and Edit.
