Once a social account is connected, it is reflected on your public profile and visible to anyone logged into the platform. You can easily add, update, hide or remove your social accounts by following the below steps.
1. When logged into your account, click on Settings in the lower left corner.
2. Within the Settings tab, click on Social Accounts.
3. To add an account, click on +Add more. For more details on specific platform authentication, follow the guides listed below.
a. Authenticate an Instagram account
b. Authenticate a TikTok account
c. Authenticate a Twitter account
4. If you have multiple usernames connected to a social platform, you can pick and choose which usernames appear on your public profile by toggling that username on or off:
5. To hide or delete a social account, click on the three dots to the right of the username, and click Hide from Public or Remove.
6. If you choose to Remove a social account from your profile, you will forfeit the ability to view future insights associated with it. We recommend hiding profiles, over removing them entirely, to allow for easy reactivation in the future.
